Where Relationships Begin: A New Chapter for Our Blog

For the past year, in this blog, we’ve explored how to bridge generational gaps in the workplace. More specifically, how trust, emotional intelligence, and connection contribute to forming strong teams.

But here’s what we’ve learned in 7 years of business together and through tribulations in our personal lives:

The relationship habits that make or break a workplace? They’re formed at home.

As a father-son business partnership, we’ve realized the most foundational (and often the most strained) relationship in many people’s lives is the one between parent and child.

So starting now, this blog will begin focusing on how to strengthen and repair those core relationships—especially between fathers and teenage sons. We’ll still talk about emotional intelligence, trust, and communication. But, we’ll be taking those tools to the place where it matters most: the family.

If you’re a parent, a mentor, a leader, or someone working to repair your own family legacy, we believe this new direction will deeply resonate. We’ll share insights, real stories from our journey, free resources, and strategies to help you become the parent your kids need.

We’d like to thank you for being part of this journey as we continue to transform lives, one relationship at a time.

We are rooting for you!
