Respectology owns and operates various online websites (https://averyandbrian.com), applications, databases and/or services including its online platform through which individuals can view audio-video, podcast and written materials dedicated to healthy relationships, specifically healthy parent-child relationships and communication skills (together referred to hereinafter as “Services”). Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. We use high-standard TLS encryption technology to safeguard the registration and/or account creation process and sign-up information. Other security safeguards include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.

If a Respectology user’s information changes (such as zip code, email or postal address), or if a Services’ user no longer desires our Services, we provide a way to correct, update or deactivate your information. In the case of an account, this can usually be done in your Services account profile or in the case of all uses, this can be done by contacting the Services’ Administrator at averyandbrianbaker@gmail.com and submitting the necessary corrections, updates or deletions.
