When life presents us with difficulties, you must be stronger to rise above those obstacles. Fleeing is the last resort when you face difficulty. Running away does little to eliminate the issue but facing it is a testament to your strength.
Even the most trying difficulties are manageable when you face them bravely. The emotional ache that you feel slowly dissipates with time. Work with the belief that clouds eventually pass.

It is important to trust your ability to handle anything. You are responsible for your own well-being.
The commitment to yourself should be to maintain your internal fortitude in the face of fear. Maintaining your quality of life is a priority and that means being the best version of yourself. Be strong for your loved ones, especially if they rely on you to be present for them.
Facing rejection is tough but know that every no is closer to a yes. Being able to rise above your emotions in that moment shows your strength.
Keep in mind that there is a time and place for everything. In each moment of difficulty, do what is required to keep yourself up. Use your quiet time to process the emotions of a past situation. It is easier to gain healing when you aren’t distracted.
With each challenge that you overcome; you gain self-confidence. Fear of disappointment and hurt slowly fades when you consistently put on a brave face.
Think about what you’ve learned from past experiences that can be useful in future challenges.
Today and moving forward, face your challenges instead of running away from them. Your bravery makes your experiences instructive for future issues that you face. With each situation, build your repertoire of techniques to handle things.
